Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of 4resicflow (the “Service”), operated by REB Human Services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the Service, the organization and each of its users agree to these terms.

Access is invitation-only. An organization owner invites staff, and each active member or pending invitation consumes one seat of the organization’s plan. When the seat limit is reached, new invitations are blocked until a seat is freed or the plan is upgraded.

• Credentials are personal and must not be shared between people.
• Owners are responsible for removing members who leave the organization.
• Roles (owner, staff manager, case manager, therapist, viewer) define what a user can see.

• Do not upload content you are not legally allowed to process.
• Do not attempt to access another organization’s or colleague’s records.
• Do not probe, scan or interfere with the platform’s security controls.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harassing or fraudulent activity.

The organization remains the controller of the client records, documents and evaluations it stores. 4resicflow processes that data only to provide the Service. Data is isolated per organization at the database level, and staff visibility is further restricted by role and case assignment.

Paid plans are billed per seat for the subscription period selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Changing seat counts takes effect on the next billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We aim for continuous availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

An organization may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms. After termination, organization data is available for export for 30 days and is then deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
